I'm Jordan Colofiore, a REALTOR® with The Gallery of Homes. I help buyers, sellers and investors across the Omaha metro and Lincoln.
My story
I know homes from the floor up.
Before real estate, I installed flooring and worked the lot at Nissan of Omaha. Installing floors showed me how houses are actually put together, and what's hiding under the carpet. Working at a dealership showed me how it feels when a salesperson won't give you a straight answer.
Real estate is the first career I've really wanted. I run my business the opposite of the high-pressure sales I saw: honest numbers, clear next steps, and no pressure. If a house is overpriced, I'll tell you. If your list price is too high, you'll hear it from me first.
Most of my clients are people I already know, or people they sent my way. My goal is for every client to feel good sending their friends and family to me.
